New York Times: Farmer in Chief

Michael Pollan writes in the New York Times about the need for our new President to give careful consideration to a sustainable agricultural policy.

Writing for the New York Times prior to the election, Michael Pollan asserts that the next President will have to concentrate on food policy, which has connections to all manner of concerns from national security, energy, health care, and climate change. As Pollan suggests, "the era of cheap and abundant food appears to be drawing to a close."
